On October 24, the "Visit to Huawei – Songshan Lake Developer Village Innovation Sharing Conference: Industrial Big Data Driving Quality Management Innovation Seminar," jointly organized by the Dongguan Association of High-Tech Industries, Songshan Lake Developer Village, Guangdong Hengyineng Technology Co., Ltd. Chen Angui, the primary lead for quality at Hengyineng, delivered a presentation on "Practices and Innovation in Digital Quality Management." Drawing on his practical experience in the new energy manufacturing sector, he elaborated on methods for enterprises to build a digital quality management system. The establishment of a comprehensive quality management system starts from the data collection end. By monitoring key indicators in the production process in real time, the QMS management system integrates multiple internal management platforms, enabling timely detection and resolution of quality issues and effectively reducing defect rates. His presentation provided replicable practical examples for the attending enterprises.
Peng Shan, CTO of Xiwi Tech, provided an in-depth explanation on the theme of "New-Generation Full Lifecycle Quality Management + Big Data + AI Analysis" and explored how this integrated model can unlock the "key meridians" for enterprises' high-quality development.
