On September 26, the "Intelligent Chain for the Future, Quality Wins the New Landscape – Supply Chain Digital-Intelligent Quality Management Innovation Seminar" was successfully held in Dongguan. The event was jointly hosted by Tailin, the Songshan Lake Developer Village, and XiwiTech, with participation from over a hundred enterprise representatives and industry experts across various segments of the industrial chain. Together, they explored key challenges in the digital-intelligent transformation of supply chains and shared practical pathways and strategies for enterprise implementation.

Collaborative Symbiosis, Intelligently Winning Global Opportunities
In the opening address, Qiao Shaobo, General Manager of Huawei (Songshan Lake) Developer Innovation Center, highlighted that in March 2025, Huawei collaborated with XiwiTech, Resident 009 of the Developer Village, to build a full-lifecycle supply chain quality management system for Tailin, Resident 001 of the village. This system has established a lifeline for Tailin's supply chain quality management. Just as the combination of Tailin's and XiwiTech's resident numbers symbolizes "perfection," the collaboration safeguards Tailin's supply chain quality management. Currently, the global industrial chain is in a critical period of "restructuring and reshaping." Driven by technologies such as AI big data, the Internet of Things, and blockchain, quality management has entered a new stage characterized by "full-link perception, full-process warning, and full-factor optimization." Looking ahead, Qiao Shaobo emphasized that digital-intelligent tools are key to breaking down data barriers and unifying quality standards. Only in this way can the synergistic effects of the supply chain be unleashed, achieving a value leap where "1+1>2."

In the face of an increasingly fierce global competitive landscape, enterprises seeking to expand globally can no longer rely on traditional "reactive firefighting" quality management models. Instead, they need to approach the entire supply chain to build an efficient, collaborative quality management ecosystem—centered on multi-party collaboration, scientific methods, and intelligent technology—to achieve efficient, traceable, and sustainable quality management. Liang Jinhui, Dean of Dongguan Songshan Lake Tailin Design Co., Ltd., shared practical achievements during the seminar: "Tailin has not only established a full-lifecycle quality management system for the two-wheel electric vehicle industry but has also integrated data chains from R&D and production to supply and sales, gradually building a 'zero-defect' quality management system. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with XiwiTech to jointly set a new benchmark for quality management in the electric vehicle industry, showcasing the robust capabilities of Chinese manufacturing to the world."

Trinity Approach, Enabling High-Quality Development
Currently, the increasing stringency of manufacturing requirements for suppliers has become a major industry trend, with the supply chain emerging as a core area of enterprise competition. Starting from this perspective, Peng Shan, CTO of XiwiTech, proposed that for enterprises to break free from the dilemma of "price competition" and secure high-quality orders, the key lies in adopting a systemic perspective and addressing the entire supply chain to build a collaborative and symbiotic quality ecosystem, thereby injecting core momentum into high-quality product development.

At the conclusion of the seminar, attendees visited the Songshan Lake Developer Center and continued their discussions thereafter. Many participating enterprise representatives expressed that while the path to digital-intelligent transformation in quality management is challenging, the direction is clear, and the pathways are increasingly mature. Moving forward, all parties will continue to join hands, pooling industrial strengths to collectively advance toward a new chapter of high-quality development under the vision of "Intelligent Chain for the Future, Quality Wins the New Landscape."
