On August 26, the kickoff meeting for the "EAST Quality Management System Innovation and Upgrade Project" was officially held at EAST Group. EAST Group joined hands with Huawei Cloud and Xiwicloud to jointly step into a new phase of digital and intelligent quality management. EAST Group Chairman He Jia, Assistant to the Chairman and General Manager of the Risk Control Center Zhao Aixia, along with XiwiTech  CEO Jian Jin, CTO Peng Shan, and other senior leaders and core project members attended the launch ceremony. They engaged in in-depth discussions on project planning, implementation pathways, and expected outcomes.

EAST has always adhered to the quality philosophy of "promoting the craftsmanship spirit and intelligently manufacturing industry-leading products." On its path of rapid development, the company remains true to its original aspirations  and continuously achieves breakthroughs. It has deeply cultivated the "AI + new energy" field, achieving a full industrial chain layout encompassing UPS power supplies, data computing centers, wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles, sodium batteries, and more. In 2025, EAST will further intensify its efforts in informatization and intelligentization  construction and upgrades, further optimizing its lean manufacturing management system, and striving to achieve the quality goal of "zero product defects, zero customer complaints."

Centered around this goal, EAST officially launched the QMS system upgrade project. After thorough preliminary research and rigorous evaluation, EAST chose to partner with the industry-leading  XiwiTech. Together, they will build a quality management upgrade solution covering the entire lifecycle, leveraging digital tools to integrate quality processes, strengthen deep collaboration within the supply chain, enhance management efficiency, support the implementation of corporate strategy, and create a fully-processed, visual, and intelligent quality management platform.

At the kickoff meeting, EAST Group Chairman He Jia expressed his hope that the quality management system upgrade solution would be implemented efficiently and solidly. He required all teams to proactively explore and promote quality management innovation and ensure effective construction and implementation.

 XiwiTech CEO Jian Jin committed that the company would fully promote the efficient implementation of the project, deeply integrate  XiwiTech's industry accumulated experience with EAST's business reality, and continuously enhance product quality and delivery efficiency through technological innovation and application, comprehensively assisting EAST in achieving its quality management system upgrade and digital transformation.

Subsequently, senior leaders and key team members from both sides engaged in enthusiastic and constructive discussions around the project's implementation methodology and key milestones. Through in-depth exchanges, they not only further clarified the project advancement path and phase objectives but also deepened strategic consensus, laying a solid foundation for longer-term and broader collaborative efforts.
