On July 10, the kickoff meeting for Legend Holdings' digital quality management solution was successfully held at its Heyuan factory, marking the official launch of the company's digital transformation in quality management systems in collaboration with Xiwicloud.

The group specializes in providing global clients with one-stop solutions for high-end toys, gifts, and consumer products. Amid rapid business expansion and growing client demands, Legend Holdings faces new challenges in quality management. Recognizing this, the group has initiated a strategic upgrade, upholding a craftsman's spirit of relentless excellence.


After thorough research and rigorous evaluation, Legend Holdings selected industry leader Xiwicloud as its strategic partner. Together, they will establish digitalized quality management processes, implement robust quality management systems, enhance operational efficiency, and precisely meet stringent client requirements—making quality visible, controllable, and predictable.

The kickoff ceremony was attended by key executives and project core members, including Shen Zuyan, Quality Director of Legend Holdings; Jin Qiuyun, IT Director; Li Liangyue, CEO Assistant of Xiwicloud; and Liu Yijun, Sales Director. Both management teams engaged in in-depth discussions on project planning, implementation, and expected outcomes.


Regarding the collaboration, Shen Zuyan remarked, "Partnering with Xiwicloud marks a pivotal shift from ‘experience-driven’ to ‘data-driven’ quality management—transitioning from manual, experience-based methods to an end-to-end, data-centric approach spanning the entire product lifecycle and supply chain."

He looks forward to a long-term, stable partnership with Xiwicloud to explore the boundless potential of digital transformation in quality management.
