On April 26, the Songshan Lake Developer Ecosystem Innovation Summit and the China launch ceremony of Huawei Developer Competition were successfully held, officially announcing the establishment of the Developer Village and welcoming its first batch of "villagers."
The Developer Village will be defined as an organizational developer community with digital technology capabilities. Resident organizations include enterprises, partners, and Huawei Cloud, who will address enterprise digitalization needs through deep integration and collaborative innovation among different organizational developers to drive industrial upgrading.
Dongguan boasts a vast manufacturing sector with comprehensive industrial categories, abundant application scenarios, and strong demand for industrial digitalization. Currently, it is home to over 210,000 industrial enterprises producing more than 60,000 products across 34 major categories, including 13,700 large-scale industrial enterprises, over 9,000 national high-tech enterprises, 110 national-level "little giant" specialized and sophisticated SMEs, and a trillion-yuan-scale electronic information industry cluster.
Xiwicloud, as "Villager No. 009," has been invited to join the Developer Village. As one of the first "villagers" in Songshan Lake Developer Village, Xiwicloud will continue to increase R&D investment to empower the high-quality development of Dongguan's advanced manufacturing sector, provide high-quality services to local enterprises, and contribute to their growth.

Opening Remarks
Liu Wei stated that "Songshan Lake Developer Village" will be more than just a village—it will become an innovative cloud ecosystem supporting over 200,000 Dongguan enterprises with full elements, processes, chains, and innovation, empowering high-quality development in advanced manufacturing.
Kang Ning emphasized Huawei Cloud's commitment to its "Everything as a Service" philosophy, combining its robust digital ecosystem partner system to empower enterprises in Dongguan's fertile manufacturing landscape.
Residency Ceremony
Huang Jingquan and Liang Yangyang presented plaques to ten inaugural Developer Village residents, including Xiwicloud as "Villager No. 009." Other resident enterprises include TailG Group, Boxun Technology, Wumo Technology, Saihand (Dongguan), Weizan Live, Qingsoft Group, CSDN, Today Talent, and Honyoung Interconnect.
