To help enterprises accelerate digital transformation, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness, the Daojiao Town Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce) partnered with the Daojiao Town Economic Development Bureau, Dongguan Huawei Manufacturing Digital Transformation Empowerment Center, and Shuixiang Science and Innovation Center to host the Daojiao Town Manufacturing Digital Transformation Training Session on the afternoon of May 31. The event aimed to explore the mysteries of digital transformation together.

Deputy Town Mayor Wang Jianping, Deputy Director of the Economic Development Bureau Li Jiali, General Manager of Dongguan (Shuixiang) Huawei Manufacturing Digital Transformation Empowerment Center Su Haibin, representatives from the Economic Development Bureau, Huawei Empowerment Center, and Shuixiang Science and Innovation Center, as well as Chairman (President) of the Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce) Ye Guanqiang, and approximately 40 representatives from member enterprises such as Wenyi Technology, Shengyuan Zhongtian, Jiajiamei, Hele Electronics, Silver Engineering, Haida Instruments, Xianghua Electronics, Yixinfeng, and Shian Tong attended the event.



In the digital era, embracing new technologies and methods is a critical consideration for every enterprise. To further address entrepreneurs' questions about the technical, platform, policy, and solution dimensions of "cloud adoption and platform integration," the event invited four industry experts to deliver training sessions. These sessions aimed to help enterprises transition from "manufacturing" to "smart manufacturing," enhance product competitiveness, accelerate digital transformation, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Jian Jin, an expert in product quality traceability and supply chain management, delivered a speech titled "Digital Quality Management: Empowering High-Quality Manufacturing Development." She explained how enterprises can comprehensively upgrade and optimize quality management to improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce costs, better meet market demands, and achieve high-quality manufacturing development.



Expert Liu Lingfeng presented on "Digital Upgrade Practices: From Production Collaboration to Industrial Chain Supply-Demand Coordination," detailing how enterprises can achieve end-to-end traceability from raw materials to finished products and transition from traditional supplier relationship management to true order-production-supply-demand collaboration.



Senior Enterprise Management Consultant She Min delivered a speech titled "How Growing Enterprises Can Achieve Sustainable Performance Growth Through Management Upgrades." She explained how enterprises, facing intensified market competition and pressure for sustainable growth during uncertain times, can break through performance barriers by "leveraging strategic advantages, strengthening operational management, and unleashing talent potential."
