Recently, the kickoff meeting for Guangdong Tycorun Energy Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "Tycorun Energy") full lifecycle quality management platform was successfully held in Dongguan. This powerful tripartite collaboration aims to establish a quality management benchmark in the third-generation semiconductor industry and drive high-quality development.

Guangdong Tycorun Energy Co., Ltd., a global leading supplier of SiC epitaxial wafers, was the first Chinese enterprise to industrialize third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide epitaxial wafers. With internationally leading technical parameters and custmer device yield rates, it stands as one of China's most competitive players in the silicon carbide field. Notably, it became China's first silicon carbide semiconductor material supplier to obtain automotive quality certification (IATF 16949). The company operates world-class silicon carbide epitaxial equipment and has achieved mass production of complete 4H-SiC epitaxial wafer product series in 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch specifications, widely applied in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, rail transit, smart grids, and industrial power supplies.

The kickoff meeting was attended by over 30 key participants including:Jia Quantao, Operations Director of Tycorun Energy、Wang Wei, IT Director of Tycorun Energy、Tang Rongliang, Quality Director of Tycorun Energy、Zhou Ting, Chief Operating Officer of Huawei (Songshan Lake) Developer Innovation Center、Jian Jin, CEO of Xiwicloud along with core project team members.

At the meeting's opening, Mr. Jia Quantao, Operations Director of Tycorun Energy, emphasized that product quality represents the lifeline of the enterprise, requiring enhanced efficiency and quality through refined management systems with particular focus on process and system construction, demonstrating Tycorun's profound understanding and firm commitment to quality management.

Mr. Wang Wei, IT Director of Tycorun Energy, stated that beyond internal management improvement needs, Tycorun's clients maintain stringent quality requirements that can no longer be met by existing fragmented quality solutions. Implementing a full lifecycle quality management system spanning R&D, production and supply chain has become imperative. He further highlighted that Tycorun will implement clear accountability systems to ensure orderly execution.

Mr. Tang Rongliang, Quality Director of Tycorun Energy, noted while reviewing the company's current quality management platform that achieving seamless data interoperability and effective system coordination has become crucial to meet increasingly rigorous client audit standards. He expects this project to establish a comprehensive closed-loop management system that enhances the systematicness and effectiveness of quality management.

Mr. Zhou Ting from Huawei emphasized that digital system development must align with organizational transformation pace, pledging Huawei Cloud's steadfast support as a reliable safeguard for smooth project implementation.

Ms. Jian Jin, CEO of Xiwicloud, expressed confidence and determination to create a quality management benchmark in the third-generation semiconductor industry.
