On April 16, the "Guangdong DeepSeek Think Tank - Eastern Guangdong Special Session" hosted by Huawei Cloud was successfully held, bringing together over ten manufacturing enterprises to explore AI-driven intelligent manufacturing upgrades.

At the event, Peng Shan, CTO of Xiwicloud, delivered a keynote titled "Quality Assurance · AI Empowerment - Full Lifecycle Quality Management Helps Enterprises Achieve Sustainable Development", providing in-depth interpretation of the Five-Star Site Model quality standards and solutions for Huawei's supply chain enterprises to help them achieve star-level upgrades and build five-star sites.

Shi Liang, Product Director of Huawei's Digital Manufacturing Cloud Platform, gave a presentation on the extensive application of AI in manufacturing, followed by a systematic interpretation of Huawei's "Five-Star Site Model Standards" for Star Factories. He stated that Huawei MES+ achieves multi-factory collaborative control and end-to-end digital integration through deep convergence of "three flows and one cloud" (production process flow, commercial information flow, engineering data flow, and cloud platform). The overflow of MES+ capabilities forms Huawei Cloud's Digital Manufacturing Cloud Platform (MBM Space), which serves as an effective solution for star factory upgrades.

Peng Shan pointed out that 15 items in the Five-Star Site Model standards are quality-related, with quality management being one of the core elements. Enterprises need to elevate their quality management capabilities from "experience-based" to "excellence-level". He then provided a one-stop solution for five-star rating improvement based on the standard catalog.

The solution fully aligns with Huawei's five-star site quality management requirements, implementing digital control across four aspects: material quality, product design introduction quality, production process quality, and quality systems. It enables rapid modeling and automatic requirement matching for unified standards such as LAR/PPD/PACV/PY/FPY and standard three-rate implementation rates.

Integrated with Huawei Cloud's Digital Manufacturing Cloud Platform (MBM Space), the solution builds an intelligent operation system based on Huawei Cloud Ascend AI cloud services to create smart quality operations, addressing full data chain application solutions for factory quality management. Through quality management extreme left-shift and quality inspection forward-shift, it achieves full lifecycle quality management.
